A Super Sunday Wrap-up - Our Favorite Commercial!

Our Favorite Commercial!

It was a Super Sunday, what was our favorite commercial?

Well the Super Bowl is behind us, a day of parties, football, and food; lots and lot of food (as you can see from our Super Bowl Party)...

Bruno Mars performance at halftime was mesmerizing, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers cameo singing "Give it Away" was perfect for Broncos fans... Bruon showed off all his skills, drumming, dancing and singing, along with a heartfelt tribute to soldiers and their families.

The game itself was dominated by the Seahawks (who by the way, were predicted by us to win the game), as the Seahawks Legion Of Boom Defense took care of business and absolutely stymied Peyton Manning and the Denver offense. Our congratulations go out to the city of Seattle and the Seahawks organization for a great season and a great victory. Seattle fans (Go 12th Man!) you are now welcome to get a necklace with the word "Champions":

We also enjoyed watching this years' great selection of Super Bowl Ads. In case you missed any of them, you can find them on YouTube's Ad Blitz. It was a year full of Muppets, Transformers, and new cars.
Before we reveal our favorite, here are some honorable mentions:
  • Chrysler's #AmericasImport ad, honoring the cherished history of the American automotive industry and featuring the legendary Bob Dylan
  • Budweiser's Hero Welcome ad. Budweiser throws a surprise parade for a returning soldier, Lt. Chuck Nadd
  • Budweiser strikes again with another emotional commercial. #BestBuds tells a story about the love between a puppy and a Clydesdale (yes you can read that last sentence again.
  • David Beckham running around in his underwear in an H&M campaign
  • #UpForWhatever by Bud Light. An unsuspecting man go on the night of his life when he is made part or an elaborate Bud Light commercial featuring Llamas, Don Cheadle, and playing ping pong with Arnold Schwarzenegger

  • And finally our favorite ad from the 2014 Super Bowl was another emotional, pluralistic ad - #AmericaIsBeautiful celebrating America and everyone loving Coca Cola.
Hope you all enjoyed the big game, and that you managed to shop our Super Sale before it ended! Happy Super Sunday from MyNameNecklace, the leader in personalized necklaces and jewelry.
