Special Edition: #NYFW

New York Fashion Week has come and gone but don't worry fashion lovers, we are going to recap our most inspiring designs of the week.  Even though the winter has barely even started, we already await the spring to wear the fresh new inspirations. Let's take a look at the pieces we loved best.

Diane Von Furstenberg had a different feel than her usual look. This collection had a 60's vibe with a modern sexy twist. I loved it!

Jason Wu was very modern, simplistic, yet fresh. The colors schemes were neutral but with a fun flare.

There was an emerging trend during fashion week of mix of casual and more lavish and the best example was from the ever-amazing Michael Kors. As is his specialty he blended these two seamlessly.

We have seen Monique Lhullier try and stray from her usual ball gown style into more ready to wear pieces, and this season she has really hit her stride.

Prabal Gurung loves being dark and edgy and he doesn't fail this time with his feminine flair to his unique pieces.

Proenza Schouler took sportswear to a fiercer place. Normcore is here to stay obviously, whatever that may be. In their interpretation, it's all about leather, knits and laser cuts.

Reem Acra is always consistent with her classic beauty. She doesn't wander from her beautiful beaded dresses, though they are always ethereal and stunning.

Tommy Hilfiger stuck with his usual color palette but the clothing definitely had more of a high fashion feel than his usual every day wear.
